Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

Porch Pickup: Contactless porch pickup is offered at no charge in the Riverbend area of London, Ontario. Select "Porch Pickup" on the Cart page to schedule a time at least 24 hours in advance. A scheduled pick-up time is always required before arriving.

Local Delivery: Porch drop-off delivery is available at a charge of $6 to addresses within London, Ontario. Select “Local London Delivery” on the Cart page to schedule a Tuesday drop-off. Please be sure to note any specific porch drop-off instructions in the notes section with your order.

Shipping: Shipping is available within Canada and the United States at a flat rate of $20 CAD per order. Orders will not be held to be combined. Please keep in mind some products are not eligible for shipping, this will be noted in the description section as "local pickup only". Please allow up to one week processing time before shipped orders are sent out.
